Why We Built It

When a hotel needs to buy, build, refinance or complete a brand PIP, the owner usually sends the same package to a handful of lenders they already know. It takes weeks, it misses lenders who would have offered better terms, and lenders only ever see a small slice of the hotel deals in the market.

MyHotelFinancing.com puts every hotel financing request in one place. Hoteliers reach every subscribed lender at once, and lenders see every active deal the day it is posted.

How It Works

1. A hotel owner, operator, developer or broker posts a financing request. Posting is free.
2. Subscribed lenders see the request in full, along with the hotel's primary contact.
3. Lenders reach out directly or send their terms and a term sheet through the site.
4. The hotelier reviews the responses and continues with the lenders they choose.

Confidentiality

Hotel financing requests are sensitive. Nothing on MyHotelFinancing.com is public: only lenders we have reviewed and who hold an active subscription can see requests. Each lender's response and term sheet is shown only to the hotel it was sent to, and MyHotelFinancing.com staff cannot read them. Hoteliers can leave the property name off their request.
