What We Do

MyHotelFinancing.com is a listing service. Hoteliers post requests for financing, and subscribed lenders can see those requests and contact the hoteliers. We are not a lender, broker, mortgage originator or financial adviser. We do not make or arrange loans, review deals, or recommend any lender or borrower, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and another user.

Accounts

• We review every account and may decline, suspend or close any account at our discretion.
• You must give accurate information about yourself and your company, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Requests, Responses and Confidentiality

• Hoteliers must have the right to share what they post and must post only real financing needs.
• Information on the site is shared only so users can evaluate and pursue the financing request it relates to. You agree not to pass it on outside your organization or use it for any other purpose.
• You are responsible for your own due diligence. We do not verify requests, responses or term sheets.

Lender Subscriptions

Lenders pay a subscription to see financing requests and respond to them. Pricing, billing and cancellation terms are shown when you subscribe. A subscription does not guarantee any number of requests or any closed transaction.

No Warranty and Limit of Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any dealings between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will post the new terms on this page.
