What We Collect

• Account details: your name, company, email address, phone number and account type.
• What you post: financing requests, responses, messages and any PDFs you upload.
• Basic technical data needed to keep you signed in and the site secure.

Who Can See It

• Financing requests and the hotelier's contact details are shown only to approved lenders with an active subscription. They are never public.
• A lender's response, term sheet and contact details are shown only to the hotelier it was sent to.
• Our staff can see account details and financing requests to run the site, but cannot read lender responses or term sheets.
• We do not sell your information.

Service Providers

We use Supabase to store data and files, Vercel to host the site and, for subscriptions, Stripe to take payments. They handle data only to provide those services to us.

Your Choices

You can update your contact details on My Account at any time. To close your account and delete your data, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
